Als Project Manager, maak je deel uit van de Services & Support team voor de regio Vlaanderen, Nederland en UK.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- **De implementatie van onze cloud-oplossing bij klanten**: je beoordeelt de huidige situatie van de klant, analyseert en begrijpt zijn behoeften. Je vindt innovatieve oplossingen en suggesties om het EMAsphere-gebruik van de klant te verbeteren.
- **Het opleiden en ondersteunen van onze klanten**: je traint onze klanten om er EMAsphere-kampioenen van te maken. Je bereidt het trainingsmateriaal voor en houdt deze up-to-date. Je ondersteunt de klanten in geval van nood.
- **Je helpt ons sales-team en onze partners**: je ondersteunt hen in het verkoopproces d.m.v. productpositionering, belangrijkste voordelen en presentaties aan klanten en prospecten.
- **De definitie van het product**: je wordt betrokken bij de product input en optimalisatie. Je werkt samen met het R&D team aan nieuwe ideeën gebaseerd op je ervaring en contacten met klanten en prospecten.
**About you**:
- **Opleiding**: Je beschikt over een bachelor of een master met een specialisatie in Finance, Accounting of Management Reporting.
- **Ervaring**: Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in financiële software-implementatie of boekhoudkundig management (reporting, budget, financiële analyse, ).
- **Talen**:Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
- **Vaardigheden**:Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve, schriftelijke en problem solving skills (detecteren, oplossen, optimaliseren). Je bezit over een sterk analytisch en logisch denkvermogen. Je toont echte leercapaciteiten.
- **Behavioral skills**: Je bent klantgericht. Teamwerk zit in je DNA, maar je bent ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken. Je bent een leuke en dynamische collega.
- **Interesse**: je toont een grote interesse in technologie.
