We are looking for
a medior/senior customer-centricity consultant to join our team.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the customer-centered future of our

clients' organizations, processes, and solutions. This includes
inspiring change, performing research, delivering presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, moderating workshops, and helping the client's team better understand what would set their organization apart now and in the future.

You will also act as a
liaison between external and internal parties or between management and operational teams. This means you are able to manage client expectations and are sensitive to internal dynamics

Responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

  • Critically assess incoming project requests and respond with an appropriate research plan
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and other stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner in design decisions.
  • Lead strategic research projects from A-Z:
  • Gather customer or employee needs and feedback by implementing appropriate research methods.
  • Map and improve business and customer/userfacing processes through analysis, co
- creation, and inspiration.

  • Translate insights into relevant artifacts such as journeys, personas, relevant information architecture, use cases, and storyboards
  • Create compelling reports with handson recommendations & effectively communicate information, ideas, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants

Requirements - Hard(er) skills

  • 5+ years of consulting or research experience
  • Master in a related field or equivalent and demonstrable work experience in one or more of the following fields:
  • Digital or customer-centered transformation projects
  • Process improvement projects
  • Cocreation projects
  • Ability to perform researchrelated tasks including qualitative and quantitative research, planning, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Excellent project
- & time management skills

  • Language: excellent working proficiency in Flemish is mandatory. English, French, Dutch, or German is a plus
  • Experience with tools such as Teams, Miro, Figma, etc. is a plus
