Embellishment Coordinator

We are looking for embellishment coordinator for our RB Benelux office based in Brussels.

You'll be part of an international and multicultural team where diversity is very high both in terms of gender and in terms of nationality, where performance and achievement are the common ground to build growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

You will handle all the embellishment products' changes (NPDs/EPDs) in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales and Supply teams.

More specifically your main tasks are:

• Manage the weekly embellishment planning (availability of products, packaging materials and capacity planning)
• Embellishment SKU setup in different systems.
• Draft the main timelines steps and check with all the stakeholders involved that they are fulfilled accordingly
• Proactively identify the bottlenecks and escalate/resolve.
• Ensure the needed information with the copacker and control their work.
• Material requirement planning.
• Develop effective relationships with all the packaging suppliers.
• Packaging planning & ordering.
• Packaging SKU enrichment.
• Creation & maintenance of promo log sheet.
• Monitor and avoid delays in deliveries.
• Lookout and implement sustainable packaging solutions.
• Publish weekly reporting and action plan.
• Participate in driving embellishment operational and purchasing cost savings.

You'll succeed because

• You're a proactive learner
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
• Carry a degree in business, supply chain or engineering school
• Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical skills as well as written and oral skills
