IT Project Manager

We are partnered with a rapidly growing consultancy company in Limburg, seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join their team.
With a diverse portfolio of high-end clients across Belgium, the company offers a stimulating environment, and have had a successful past few years.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, extensive experience in the IT field, and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.
Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
