Om onze verschillende activiteiten te faciliteren in hun groei zoeken we een enthousiaste en gedreven HR Project Lead.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Als HR Project Lead sta je mee in voor het implementeren en uitdragen van onze HR werking, met een focus op "soft & hard" HR.
- Je neemt een centrale rol op in het optimaliseren van de HR processen, van instroom tot uitstroom en voert verschillende HR-projecten uit zoals o.a. L&D, Performance en comp & ben-trajecten.
- Je volgt sociale actua op de voet op en zorgt voor de implementatie binnen de organisatie en verwerking in policies.
- Je volgt de trends op de voet waardoor HR weinig geheimen voor je kent.
- Samen met het HR-team faciliteer je onze Business in de snelle groei.
- Je adviseert onze teams in het opzetten van structuur en een sterke teamwerking.
- Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager en werkt nauw samen met het voltallige HR-team.

MUST-HAVE
- Je behaalde een bachelorsdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een scale-up en/of start-up omgeving.
- Vanuit je enthousiasme en expertise weet je iedereen te betrekken en te bereiken.
- Dankzij jouw pragmatische en open ingesteldheid kan je onze organisatie op een vlotte manier faciliteren.
- Je hebt een 'getting things done'-mentaliteit. Je kan zelfstandig werken en stelt vlot prioriteiten. Vanuit je creatieve mindset denk je graag out of the box en in oplossingen.
- Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd in NL en ENG.
- Je bent doortastend en gaat met enthousiasme nieuwe uitdagingen aan.
