Le district manager
- Collabore avec d'autres District Managers et des Indirect Account Manager pour développer des initiatives s'appliquant à plusieurs districts dans le but de soutenir les objectifs de BASE. Met en place des initiatives afin de réaliser les objectifs pour le district attribué et/ou d'améliorer les résultats.
- Intervient en tant qu'interlocuteur pour l'organisation BASE concernant les boutiques et vice versa. Est responsable de différents aspects partiels du fonctionnement des boutiques (IT, Marketing, Learning & Development...).
- Établit un business plan concret pour le district et le traduit en points de ventes individuelles en vue de la réalisation des Key Performance Indicators (KPI) de vente et de qualité pour chaque canal du district attribué.
- Coache et soutient le(s) Shop Manager(s) dans la composition et le développement de son (leurs) équipe(s). Analyse les besoins en développement pour les collaborateurs du district attribué et crée/fournit le soutien/les ressources adéquat(e)s
- Initie toutes les actions (campagnes, collaborateurs...) pour réaliser les objectifs, compte tenu des directives postulées. Suit en permanence et corrige le fonctionnement des différentes boutiques dans le district attribué et rend compte concernant les KPI et les décisions.
- Améliore les processus et les procédures commerciaux et opérationnels, les produits et les services en collaborant avec d'autres parties prenantes au sein de Telenet / BASE et en tenant compte du feed-back/des besoins/des tendances du marché et si nécessaire, initie/développe lui/elle-même des projets pour ce faire.
**Nature et domaine d'impact**
Le district manager
- Est responsable de bout en bout de la réalisation des KPI des ventes, du service et de la qualité pour chaque canal dans le district attribué.
- Est responsable du planning et de l'organisation des points de ventes dans le district, conformément aux directives (budget, incentives, stratégie, campagnes...) et de la satisfaction des clients (Net Promotor Score - NPS) au sein du district attribué et pour l'ensemble du département.
- A une fonction de coordination/on-call en cas d'incidents (panne du système, défauts, dommages, accident, effraction...) dans les boutiques dans le cadre de son propre temps de travail et en dehors. Assure un bon équilibre entre la réaction aux besoins de l'équipe dans les points de ventes et les attentes du haut management.
- Détecte les opportunités d'amélioration dans le fonctionnement opérationnel de l'équipe concernant les processus et l'organisation et développe/encadre avec succès les processus de changement.
- Justifie les décisions au moyen d'un plan argumenté en cas de dépassement budgétaire (Full Time Equivalents - FTE ou ETP, campagnes...).
