What can you expect?:
- You are responsible for the issuance and inlife management of all types of bank guarantees for all types of clients. You do this in an environment in full development with new tooling, automation and digital channels. Thanks to your work, our clients are able to develop further because we guarantee any risks that their partners may run.
- You are able to perfectly analyse the client's question and to link the right actions to it.
- You are responsible for the intake, solving and following up service requests and you keep the customer informed about the progress of his / her request.
- You continuously exceed the expectations of the client (the WOWeffect) and are able to make a real connection with clients and prospects.
- You perform administrative tasks that are necessary to realise a perfect customer experience, whether or not directly linked to a request from the client.
- You take into account the applicable laws and regulations.
Who are we looking for?:
Besides your obvious drive and motivation, you'll increase your chances by:
Studies: a Bachelor's of Master degree is a must.
Experience: first traineeship or work experience in a financial business environment.

Languages: native in Dutch or French, with a very good knowledge of the other.
