**Het OCMW van de Stad Brussel **voert een dynamisch actiebeleid in dienst van elke inwoner van Brussel, waarbij respect, solidariteit, engagement, inclusie en innovatie centraal staan. Vandaag is het OCMW op zoek naar een **Business Analyst** voor de **Dienst Informatica**. Deze persoon heeft als taak om een gedetailleerd onderzoek uit te voeren naar de vereisten wat betreft bestaande en toekomstige processen, prestaties, de benodigde bedrijfsmiddelen en de gewenste resultaten, door waarde en bekwaamheid aan elkaar te koppelen. Zijn of haar rol bestaat uit het voorstellen van en meewerken aan de definitie en implementatie van IT-oplossingen om deze processen te ondersteunen.
**Functie**:
- Je neemt deel aan de implementatie van IT-oplossingen om nieuwe bedrijfsprocessen te definiëren en te ondersteunen
- Je beoordeelt de processen van de verschillende activiteiten en anticipeert op toekomstige bedrijfsbehoeften
- Je vertaalt elk project in concrete doelstellingen en volgt ze op
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in processen en IT met het oog op automatisering en modernisering van de informatiesystemen
**Profiel**:
- Je bent een dynamisch, creatief persoon met zin voor initiatief, een praktische instelling en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Je werkt klant-, probleem
- en resultaatgericht
- Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en synthesevaardigheden, alsook over goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) en vaardigheden in het faciliteren van vergaderingen
- Je hebt goede interpersoonlijke, coördinerende en groepsleidende vaardigheden
- Je hebt een Belgisch diploma (**licentiaat/master of graduaat/bachelor**) of je bent in het bezit van een gelijkvormigheidsattest dat het buitenlands diploma gelijkstelt aan het vereiste diploma op het ogenblik van de aanwerving
- Je hebt **mínimaal 3 jaar beroepservaring op het gebied van bedrijfsanalyse**:
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands en een goede schrijfvaardigheid in deze taal
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal (Fr/NL)
- Je bent in het bezit van het SELOR-taalcertificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen
- Je hebt basiskennis van statistiek
- Je kan vlot overweg met informaticatoepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Internet)
**Aanbod**:

- Een weddeschaal **A4 (licentiaat/master)** of **B4 (graduaat/bachelor)** overeenkomstig de weddeschalen van de plaatselijke besturen van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest, met een minimum bruto maandsalaris aan de huidige index van **€ 4.239,96 (A4) of € 3.639,27 (B4) **(dat hoger kan zijn na de valorisatie van vroegere beroepservaring en het slagen voor het SELOR-taalexamen)
