Product Owner Customer Experience, Power Apps

Als Product Owner kom je terecht in een inspirerende werkomgeving in de zorgsector, waar ze waarde hechten aan een positieve sfeer en het welzijn van hun medewerkers hoog in het vaandel dragen. Je krijgt de kans om de organisatie door een boeiende **digitale transformatie** te leiden, waar ze momenteel al hun krachten voor bundelen.
Je werkt nauw samen met ons toegewijde team, bestaande uit** 3 andere ervaren Product Owners** met elk hun eigen expertisegebied, een Procesmanager en de Enterprise Solution Architect. Onder leiding van de Programmamanager Digitale Transformatie zet je samen stappen naar een innovatieve toekomst.
**Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?**:
- Als Product Owner van de employee experience-roadmap, ben jij de motor achter zowel de operationele als strategische ontwikkelingen. Je zorgt voor een naadloze samenwerking tussen alle betrokkenen.
- Impactanalyses, budgetbeheer, KPI's - jij hebt alles onder controle en staat garant voor continue verbetering en rapportage.
- Met jouw expertise in productbacklog management, zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde aanpak van prioriteiten en releaseplanning. Je coördineert effectief tussen verschillende teams, organiseert testing en validatie en biedt training waar nodig.
- Als bruggenbouwer met stakeholders, sla je moeiteloos de juiste verbindingen. Door nauw overleg met andere product owners aligneer je gezamenlijke roadmapitems en zorg je voor een helder overzicht van afhankelijkheden.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Hierdoor ben je vertrouwd met een Agile werking.
- Kennis van Power Apps en Low-Code platformen zijn een grote plus, maar zeker geen vereiste.
- Je hebt uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden op alle niveaus.
