**Wat jij zal doen**
- **Gegevensanalyse**_:_ Verzamel, analyseer en interpreteer gegevens met betrekking tot distributie, gericht op trends, prestaties en mogelijkheden voor verbetering.
- ** Dashboards en rapporten**_:_ Ontwerp visuele dashboards en gedetailleerde rapporten om bruikbare inzichten te bieden aan diverse teams binnen de distributie.
- ** Projectmanagement**_:_ Leid distributiegerelateerde projecten, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald en de inspanningen van verschillende belanghebbenden worden gecoördineerd. Ontwikkel gedetailleerde projectplannen, superviseer de implementatie en zorg voor follow-up na implementatie.
- ** Procesoptimalisatie**_:_ Identificeer en beveel mogelijkheden aan voor procesoptimalisatie om de operationele efficiëntie binnen de distributieafdeling te verbeteren.
**Wie jij bent**
- Je hebt een interesse in distributie.
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master.
- Je bent Analytisch ingesteld en bereid om projectmanagement in een bedrijfsomgeving te leren.
- Je bent zowel schriftelijk als mondeling communicatief vaardig.
- Je beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands.

**Gedaan met elke dag pendelen naar kantoor**:
Bij Europ Assistance hanteren we een 50% regel: je werkt 2 dagen per week op kantoor en de rest thuis. Elke 2 weken krijg je 1 dag, die je flexibel kan inzetten.
Per 10 werkdagen, werk jij dus 5 dagen op kantoor en 5 dagen van thuis uit. Ideaal wanneer je na het werk nog belangrijke afspraken moet inplannen
Bovendien werken we met glijdende uren*. Ben jij een vroege vogel en stop je graag wat vroeger op de namiddag? Dat kan
Liever wat later starten en langer doorwerken? Geen probleem
