**Functie**:
Vivaldis Finance is op zoek naar een **Accounts Payable/Receivable** - **Facturatiemedewerker - Handelsvordering **voor een van zijn klanten in Evere.
- Voltijds contract
- Tijdelijk contract (interim) gevolgd door een vast contract
- Evere 1140

Als AP/AR-medewerker zullen uw taken zijn:

- Beheer de administratieve opvolging van klanten en leveranciers
- Verwerking Account Payable - PO's
- Verwerking Account Receivable - kredietlimieten - slechte schulden
- Controleer facturen en handel herinneringen af
- Bied ondersteuning bij periodieke afsluitingen en jaarafsluitingen
- Bied ondersteuning bij belastingaangiften en** btw-aangiften**:

- Verwerking en boeking van banktransacties
- Werk nauw samen met collega's in het hele bedrijf op alle niveaus

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante financiële opleiding of je zal binnenkort afstuderen.
- ** Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans goed (mínimaal niveau B2 in beide talen).**:

- Je hebt eerdere ervaring met kennis van financiële administratie (ervaring als stagiaire)
- Enthousiasme, communicatieve vaardigheden, organisatorisch vermogen en het vermogen om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen zijn essentieel.
- Je bent computervaardig, met ervaring in** Oracle **als een pluspunt, en je hebt ervaring met **Microsoft Office **(Excel, Word, Outlook).
