**Description**

Axis Executive recherche aujourd'hui pour l'un de ses clients, actif dans la gestion des déchets, un Responsable des opérations.

En tant que Head of Operations, vous êtes responsable de la traduction et du déploiement de la stratégie, de l'optimisation des processus, du pilotage des projets et du coaching et de la motivation des collaborateurs. Vous assurez la traduction correcte de la vision et de la stratégie de l'organisation en un fonctionnement opérationnel efficace. Vous stimulez le fonctionnement opérationnel, la coordination et la communication entre les différents départements et mettez en œuvre les meilleures pratiques.

Votre rôle se traduit dans différents domaines:
La sécurité et la qualité, le suivi de la stratégie d'entreprise, l'innovation et les processus et enfin le leadership.

En collaboration avec les 5 business units et leur manager, vous ferez la différence au quotidien pour les clients (B2B), ainsi que pour les collègues internes.

Notre client s'efforce de travailler avec une politique de sécurité d'abord et souhaite que le chef des opérations soit le pionnier de cette politique afin de mener à bien le déploiement du "zéro accident".

Enfin, vous travaillerez dans une structure PME qui fait partie d'un groupe international dont le siège est en France.
**Profile**
- Maîtrise, de préférence avec une composante technique (par exemple, ingénieur industriel ou ingénieur commercial ou expérience équivalente).
- Une vaste expérience des opérations, de la logistique et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement constitue indéniablement une valeur ajoutée.
- Expérience de la gestion du personnel, people manager pur sang.
- Esprit d'amélioration continue et d'excellence opérationnelle.
- Personnalité motivée, pratique et entrepreneuriale.
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais. L'allemand est un plus.
