**Verantwoordelijkheden en taken**
We zijn op zoek naar een polyvalente conciërge voor onze studentenresidentie in Luik. Het gebouw kan tot 150 studenten huisvesten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse schoonmaak van de residentie en het gemeenschapsleven.
**Als conciërge**:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor studenten die in de residentie wonen
- Je bent de vertrouwenspersoon voor bewoners en buren.
- Je zorgt voor de naleving van de huisregels.
- Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de afvalverwerking.
- Je reageert discreet en met gezond verstand in noodsituaties (ontruiming, brandalarm, ziekte van studenten).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bereikbaarheid buiten kantooruren tot 09.00 uur) en mogelijk in het weekend. (noodtelefoon)
- Als conciërge van de residentie woon je op de locatie.
