**Je ondersteunt de interne preventiedienst voor welzijn op het werk in het verwerken van verschillende informatiestromen.
**Daarnaast ben je als Safety Officer het aanspreekpunt voor onze hiërarchische lijn inzake veiligheid en documentatie.**
- Als een rasechte professional verwerk je data, opmaken van analyses en neem je administratieve taken nauwgezet op
- Je staat in voor de verwerking van arbeidsongevallen en de opmaak van statistieken.
- Je stelt toolboxen op om de medewerkers up tot date te houden. Alsook het geven van trainingen hiervan.
- Je hebt een vlotte communicatiestijl en staat in nauw contact met de medewerkers, het management, de preventieadviseur en de inspectiediensten.
- Continuous improvement draag je hoog in het vaandel. Je implementeert nieuwe procedures met betrekking tot veiligheid en gezondheid en verbetert en controleert de bestaande processen.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Met een grondige kennis van de veiligheidswetgeving slaag je er als geen ander in om de procedures en regelgeving te optimaliseren en correct toe te (doen) passen.
- Je geeft blijk van een diplomatische aanpak waarbij je oplossingsgerichtheid en klantvriendelijkheid zeer hoog in het vaandel draagt. Ook wanneer het wat drukker wordt, slaag je erin om met de nodige analyse en professionalisme jouw taken uit te voeren.
- Aangezien je in contact komt met al onze medewerkers ben je communicatief sterk en sta je hen met de nodige overtuigingskracht te woord in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Kennis van transport
- en logistieke processen is mooi meegenomen, evenals een certificaat preventieadviseur is een plus.
- Grondige kennis van Office tools, en specifiek excel zijn noodzakelijk. Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.

- Nederlands + Engels
- Diplomatische aanpak, oplossingsgerichtheid en klantvriendelijkheid
- Goede administratieve kennis
- Office tools - specifiek Excel zijn noodzakelijk
- Kennis van transport
- en logistieke processen zijn een plus
- Certificaat preventieadviseur is een plus
