Functieomschrijving

What your day will look like?

• Onboarding new clients in strict compliance with internal and external regulations
• Validating the information & documents to ensure KYC and Risk rules are respected and taking appropriate action to onboard customers in a timely manner
• Processing the contract in the different boarding systems
• Understanding the different contracts and setting up in the system to answer correctly to clients' needs
• Working closely together as an expert with Sales
• Working closely with customer service teams to make sure our clients are satisfied
• Provide escalation support for internal team.

Profiel

You have the followed abilities:

• Fluent knowledge in Dutch and French, good understanding of English (reading skills)
• Organizational talent that ensures that you always dot the i's and cross the t's.
• A clientoriented mindset and
• Knowledge on KYC documentation, legal agreements, pricing terms is a big plus

• Briefwisseling registreren, sorteren, frankeren
• Brieven, tabellen,... invoeren volgens instructies
• Administratieve dossiers samenstellen

Gegevens, de actualisatie van gegevens, terugzendingen of aanmaningen controleren

• Personen onthalen en hun vraag identificeren
• Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren
• De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen

Bestellingen plaatsen

• Kopieerwerk verrichten
• Telefonische oproepen aannemen
