Our client is a leading manufacturer of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) sold worldwide to the têxtile and plastics industry.

Their products are sensors and systems that record data on productivity, quality, energy consumption and traceability to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes.

They are headquartered in Kortrijk and have their own subsidiaries in the UK, USA and China.

To properly install the increasing number of projects, they wish to strengthen their team with an MES Implementation Consultant/Trainer.

Functie:

Your Job

  • You will be part of a team of about 30 colleagues in Belgium, Czech Republic, UK, US and China to perform software and hardware installations at renowned customers in the plastics and têxtile industry worldwide.
  • This includes new installations as well as implementation of releases and upgrades. Structural growth of the sectors and company acquisitions increase the number of projects. The focus is mainly on customers in Spanishspeaking countries.
  • In this position you will work very closely with your colleagues from the Development team, you make sure they develop the right system for your client.

Profiel:

Your Profile

  • You have experience within the implementation of automation software (MES, WMS, ERP or planning software).
  • You are open to other cultures and like to travel (about 50% of the time).
  • You speak English fluently and have a good knowledge of French.
  • You can work autonomously, you are customer oriented and stress resistant. You think in terms of solutions, communicate fluently and are a good team player.
  • Being able to express yourself practically in different languages is important. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
