What does your job at Adecco entail?

• Actively sourcing candidates through job sites, social media,
• Providing candidates with a warm and professional welcome, conducting screenings and tests following our basic procedures
• Ensuring seamless follow-up and support for both candidates and clients
• Building strong relationships with clients, aligning top candidates with their company culture, values, and expectations
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, presenting them with motivated, coached, and briefed candidates

A commercial mindset is essential in all of this.

Profile

• You have a passion for people
• You are customer-focused and commercially oriented
• You have a good command of Dutch (both verbal and written)
• You are results-driven and hands-on
• You are dedicated to assisting clients and candidates in their search
• You are a strong communicator and listener

What does Adecco offer you?

• Permanent contract
• Full-time job close to home (40-hour week)
• Working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break)
• In addition to 20 legal leave days, you have 12 extra ADV days
