Met een nieuwe collega business developer. Iemand met passie voor sales en affiniteit met techniek, die ervan houdt om commerciële opportuniteiten te onderzoeken en een professioneel netwerk uit te bouwen.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei in de kunststofniche en werkt hiervoor een commercieel plan uit Je bepaalt duidelijke doelstellingen en onderzoekt welke middelen daarvoor nodig zijn Je analyseert de markt en maakt een SWOT-analyse Je staat in voor het zoeken naar commerciële opportuniteiten en het onderzoeken van de haalbaarheid hiervan Je werkt commerciële strategieën uit en volgt deze nauwgezet op om een optimaal inzicht te hebben in de wensen en vragen van de klanten Je gaat op zoek naar manieren om de groei op lange termijn te bestendigen. Dat kan zijn door op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe klanten, nieuwe markten aan te boren of nieuwe producten en diensten aan te bieden aan bestaande klanten Je trekt nieuwe klanten aan door innoverende marketingstrategieën te ontwikkelen en door te mikken op de behoeften van deze toekomstige klanten Je onderzoekt markten waar de onderneming nog niet actief is Je werkt nauw samen met je marketing en sales collega's om op die manier klanten aan boord te halen en te houden Je zoekt steeds nieuwe en creatieve manieren om onze naamsbekendheid verder te vergroten De uitdaging zit voor jou in het eerste contact met organisaties en opbouwen van een professioneel netwerkJe rugzak is reeds gevuld met
Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor-diploma in een relevante richting Je kan terugblikken op minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als business developer, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving Je hebt reeds ervaring met het opstellen van commerciële plannen en marktanalyses Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en EngelsWat we aanbieden
