Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen Biotech, Inc. to develop, manufacture and commercialize ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel). Through our strategic partnership, we look to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
Legend Biotech is dé nieuwkomer in de plaatselijke Gentse Biotechsector.
Vanuit 2 productie sites, de Obelisc in het Technologiepark in Zwijnaarde en de fonkelnieuwe biotechnologische productiesite in Tech Lane op het eilandje in Zwijnaarde, zal Legend Biotech de innovatieve CAR-T celtheraptie naar Gent brengen om patiënten in gans Europa te kunnen helpen. Het Legend Biotech team maakt hiermee dagdagelijks het verschil in het leven van vele patiënten die lijden aan kanker en andere levensbedreigende ziektes.
Om dit te kunnen realiseren zijn we momenteel op zoek naar **30 operatoren** die begin 2023 kunnen starten.
**TAAK OMSCHRIJVING**
**Wat mag je verwachten van de job van Support Operator bij Legend Biotech?**
- Na een uitgebreide training in het aseptisch/GMP werken en de te volgen procedures, kom je terecht in het dynamisch Legend Biotech Operations Team.
- Je ondersteunt samen met jouw collega-operatoren en de teamleiders het dagelijkse aseptische en manuele productie process volgens strikt bepaalde handelingen en standaard procedures.
- Je controleert en onderhoudt de gebruikte apparatuur, reinigt en desinfecteert de materialen nauwgezet en je zorgt voor een correcte transfer tussen de verschillende productiezones.
- Je zorgt er mee voor dat onze patiënten tijdig hun therapie kunnen starten met een hoogstaand kwaliteitsproduct.
**VEREISTEN/KWALIFICATIES**
**Wat verwacht Legend Biotech van een Operator?**
- Een sterke dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin en passie om het verschil te maken in het leven van patiënten.
- Een heldere communicatie met je collega's en leidinggevende.
- Je houdt van structuur en orde, bent heel accuraat en bent bereid om in een aseptische omgeving te werken met aangepaste steriele kledij.
- Ervaring in de pharma of biotech is niet vereist aangezien we een volledige training voorzien.
- Je hebt een A2 Diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. De mindset voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid primeert op diploma en achtergrond.
- Je bent bereid om in een shiftregime te werken in 2 ploegen alsook in het weekend (geen nachtploeg).
