**Functie**
- Als Quality Manager ben je de eindverantwoordelijke mbt de kwaliteitswerking binnen de divisie. Je garandeert enerzijds de kwaliteit binnen de volledige flow van onze LVT-vloeren, van grondstof tot afgewerkt product, en anderzijds garandeer je het bestaan van een kwaliteitssysteem dat over de ganse organisatie gedragen wordt, om tot een optimale en constante kwaliteit te komen.
- Je ben een echte people manager en verantwoordelijk voor de interne kwaliteitscontroles waarbij je beroep kan doen op je team bestaande uit 3 kwaliteitsmedewerkers, die instaan voor het uitvoeren, registreren, analyseren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde tests en controles.
- Je coacht en ontwikkelt jouw medewerkers teneinde de competenties, vaardigheden en knowhow optimaal te benutten.
- In samenspraak met onze Global QMS Manager definieer, update en keur je procedures, processen en kwaliteitsnormen goed.
- Je voert op regelmatige basis compliance checks (productaudits) uit op de ingevoerde producten en processen zodat zij voldoen aan de geldende normeringen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk om de certificaten, nodig in tal van landen voor onze producten, te verwerven, behouden en te actualiseren. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met onze compliance manager.
- Je rapporteert aan de R&D Director.

**Functie-eisen**
- Je bent een echte people manager, coacht, enthousiasmeert en stuurt de mensen op de vloer aan.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bezit een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en combineert deze met excellente communicatieve skills.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Je houdt van een uitdaging, je komt terecht in een organisatie in volle beweging en ontwikkeling.
