Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the MES system from business perspective.
  • Ensure alignment of the MES system with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and rollout of the MES system in close collaboration with the 'sustain and improve' lead.

  • Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT and quality assurance teams to ensure the MES system is implemented correctly.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and system upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Train and support endusers to ensure effective utilization of the MES system.
  • Facilitate communication and change management efforts across the organization.
  • Ensure the MES system complies with all relevant regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the system's effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on system performance and project status.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Higher scientific degree

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on manufacturing, operations, quality, or IT.
  • Proven experience managing and implementing enterpriselevel systems, preferably MES or similar systems.
  • Strong project management experience, including leading crossfunctional teams.

Skills:

  • Indepth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
