Your tasks as Business Analyst (M/F/d):
- Business Development: be seen and recognized by the internal customers as a business partner and consultant who delivers added value through excellent service, including insights into the global and regional wind markets and related green energy transition
- Market Research &
Data Analysis:
preparing and updating the global Business Unit "MarketBook" in accordance with strategic planning and operational planning cycles based on accurate forecast models
- Data & Reporting: defines and develops wellstructured databases together with IT. Organizes dashboards and reports that respond to the requirements of the internal customers regarding market, technology, customer, competition and service information in the wind market, and facilitates implementation and training of the internal customers to use market intelligence dashboards
- Central Point of Intelligence: being seen as the reference person for Market Intelligence both within the Business Unit Wind Power technology & Industrial Drives and the Industrial Technology division.
Your profile as Business Analyst (M/F/d):
- Master's degree in engineering, Economics or Marketing, optional MBA with
- 57 years of relevant experience in market research and data analytics
- Good project & stakeholder management skills (decisionmaking, facilitate, communicate), serving as a liaison between the Market Intelligence team and the business
- Advanced understanding of data warehouse technology, ability to process high amount of information, prioritize and synthesize to identify which (dashboard) reports and structures are necessary
- Strong analytical skills to detect trends and changes in global and regional markets with strong sense for reliability and outstanding quality
- Fluent Dutch or English (German or Chinese is a plus)
