- Appliquer une approche client et une démarche commerciale proactive, en se concentrant sur la vente de tenues vestimentaires. Prendre des mesures pour atteindre les objectifs personnels fixés et les dépasser si possible.
- Fournir un service à la clientèle conforme aux normes et exigences Esprit, en visant à toujours garantir et améliorer l'expérience du client.
- Fournir une connaissance optimale des produits aux clients (style, coupe, composition de la tenue).
- Se tenir constamment au courant des nouvelles collections Esprit, en utilisant les résultats des meilleures et des moins bonnes ventes.
- Organiser des présentations de produits sous la direction du planificateur de marchandises.
- Garantir la disponibilité et le réapprovisionnement des produits sur la surface de vente en utilisant, par exemple, des listes de vente et un réapprovisionnement manuel.
- Maintenir les normes d'entretien 'ménager' les plus élevées, comme l'exigent les directives d'Esprit et des grands magasins.
- Effectuer des démarquages de produits, à la demande du planificateur de marchandises.
- Veiller à ce que les normes de réapprovisionnement soient respectées et appliquées, conformément aux directives d'Esprit.
**Autres tâches**
- À la demande du planificateur de marchandises et du soutien aux ventes, effectuer les tâches supplémentaires qui font partie de la responsabilité de ce poste et qui sont nécessaires à ce moment-là.
