Shaping your role and impact:

  • As a "Super HR" of our international recruitment strategy, you will drive the development and execution of our hiring process and employer branding with our HRD and our Directors
  • As a key member of the HR team, you will develop partnership with department leaders to meticulously shape the best talents and competencies combination to fit each needs
  • As a Boolean master and proactive HR talent, you will pioneer an impactful and cuttingedge sourcing strategy to pinpoint toptier talents
  • Of course, as an HR business partner, you will build an early relationship with talents by building and insuring the best onboarding process for each talent.
  • To always move forward, you will follow with the HRD precise reporting to measure and augment recruitment efficiency.
  • As part a major actor of the "employee experience", you will take care of the labor and payroll relations.

Your "Super-HR" profile

  • A Master degree in industrial psychology, Industrial science, Management (or linked to the job)
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • French and English are mandatory
