Business Change Manager_
Job Description & Responsibilities of Role:
- Business Change Managers with over 10+ years of experience
- Experience in large transformation project in capacity of organisation change assessment and change execution
- Understanding of business processes and impact on organisations from transformations
- Assessment, planning, articulation and presentation skills
- Business Case development, articulation, thought leadership skills
- Full time University Degree from UK is mandatory
- Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage overall completion and signoff on project deliverables.
- Lead and manage small teams conducting transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clients
- Conduct workshops (e.g. Requirements, gathering, solution architecting) with business managers. Work with client staff and endusers to determine the business and functional requirements for the system within an ERP solution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects. Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
Key Skills / Knowledge:
- Experienced in Change Management Capacities in SAP deployments
- Experience with managing large teams covering all disciplines within business transformation
- Should be able to create and manage detailed plans for the programme supported by planner PMO
- Should have worked using Onsite-Offshore models with delivery of build and test from offshore delivery locations
- Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives.
- At two full life cycle implementations as a Business Change Lead
- 3+ years' experience in SAP projects
- Analysis, estimation, project management, cost control, delivery management
- Atleast 3+ years with SI
- 2 SAP Implementation projects experiences
- Assessment, planning, articulation, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Full time University Degree from UK
- Global ERP Implementation experience working with multinational companies in multicultural environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills: written, visual (PPT) and spoken
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel to sites within UK & Europe
Secondary Skills:
- Should have worked in scenarios where the overall solution includes SAP and Non-SAP components
- Domain knowledge in CPG and/or retail and/or distribution.
