What are your responsibilities as a maintenance technician?

• You are in charge of preventive maintenance of molds, robots, and the machinery to ensure smooth production and minimize downtimes;
• You assemble and disassemble molds in production following the highest quality standards;
• You accurately change inserts in molds and robots. Your technical skills shine in this task;
• When there are mold issues during production, you intervene quickly and efficiently. You are a troubleshooter who makes a difference by overseeing and executing works in the workshop;
• You operate machines following instructions to ensure efficient production;
• You carry out revisions on hot runners to guarantee optimal performance;
• You keep the status of molds up-to-date in the database for a streamlined workflow;
• You ensure molds are sent to various units on time and in perfect condition;
• You are willing to be flexible and cover for colleagues who are absent due to sickness or vacation;

What skills are needed as a maintenance technician?

• You have a technical education in mechanics or mold construction, or relevant experience;
• You possess a high level of technical creativity. You focus on solutions and improvements;
• You are a team player with maturity and sense of responsibility. Working independently is not an issue for you;
• Order and cleanliness are second nature to you. Safety always comes first;
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language;
• You work in two shifts (early and afternoon). Flexibility is your second nature. You work in shifts, rotating during colleagues' vacations or sick leaves;
