Move forward as a Corporate Recruiter at DSV in Ghent / Puurs.

About the job
As a Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for the recruitment of all white collar profiles within DSV Belgium. You will also work on different projects such as employer branding and campus recruitment.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for the contact with our external recruitment partners (placing the vacancies, handling inflow, communication);
• Via your LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, you will also actively search for new DSV talent yourself
• Together with the Recruitment team you will develop different initiatives around Employer Branding;
• You participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and work on different campaigns to attract the right talents.

Are you the perfect fit?

• It is a plus if you already have a first experience within the recruitment and selection of employee profiles
• You have a bachelors degree or are equivalent through experience
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English
• You are a team player and like to take initiative.
• You have a great sense of responsibility and can work independently
• You are flexible (you work alternately from the Ghent and Puurs offices and are willing to move to other offices from time to time)
