Voor dat team zijn wij op zoek naar een 'Technical Innovation Project Manager' om de (digitale) innovatie te ontwikkelen.
- Klaar om deze uitdaging aan te gaan en actief deel te nemen aan de vernieuwing van NMBS, doe mee- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je maakt deel uit van het "Innovation lab" dat bestaat uit een 7-tal personen. Het team Innovation heeft als missie om transversaal (=doorheen heel NMBS), digitale innovatieve projecten te ontwikkelen voor onze klanten de reizigers. Daarnaast is het aan dit team om o.a. via onze Innovation Academy een cultuur van innovatie doorheen heel NMBS te verspreiden.
- Wij op zoek naar een 'Technical Innovation Project Manager' om bij te dragen aan de (digitale) innovatie.-
- Als Technical innovation project manager zorg je voor het creëren van (digitale) nieuwe producten en diensten voor onze klanten. Je start het project op, leidt deze en volgt deze op.
- Je lost klantenproblemen (die een opportuniteit voor innovatie zijn) op, niet vanuit een ijzeren toren, maar echt (met een « doener » mentaliteit), en dit alleen of samen met een projectteam;
- Je bent gebeten door innovatie en continu op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten die het leven van onze klanten verbeteren;
- In deze functie heb je de opportuniteit om nauw samen te werken met diverse teams doorheen ons dynamisch bedrijf.- Je verzekert een regelmatige rapportering van de projecten aan de 'Innovation lab manager' en aan het 'Supporting committee'.- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?**Om deel te kunnen nemen aan deze selectie**:
- Je beantwoordt aan het profiel zoals hierboven beschreven en je hebt minstens een master (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) Indien je jouw diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (NARIV-Vlaanderen).
**Technische competenties**:
- Je hebt 1 tot 4 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement. Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische skills om een project efficiënt te plannen, taken te realiseren en deadlines te halen.
- Je hebt een doorgedreven technische kennis. Bij voorkeur kan je code beheren / programmeren. Je begrijpt bijvoorbeeld een IoT project, je hebt een goed begrip van programmeertalen, hosting,
- Je hebt een passie voor en kennis van nieuwe technologieën zoals AI, Blockchain,
- Je bent data driven en hebt kennis van open-data of data modelling.
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.

- Je bent creatief, maar werkt verzorgd en nauwkeurig.
- Je bent een ondernemer en 'daredevil' die van aanpakken weet, durft 'out of the box' te denken en je hebt een feeling om allerlei opportuniteiten aan te pakken... maar toch denk je altijd goed na voordat je iets realiseert.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Nodig om goed en duidelijk te communiceren met stakeholders, klanten en collega's.
- Je werkt graag in team, maar kan ook autonoom projecten leiden.
- Je hebt een « can do » mentaliteit, houdt ervan om nieuwe zaken te ontdekken en bent flexibel.
