Context

bpost is altijd onderweg. We creëren voor onze mensen een omgeving met uitdagende projecten, inspirerende samenwerkingen en de nieuwste technologieën, met interessante doorgroeimogelijkheden en opleidingsprogramma's voor iedereen.

Binnen dit verhaal zijn wij op zoek naar een kantoorhouder vervanger. Je wordt tewerkgesteld in jouw buurt.

Doel

Als kantoorhouder vervanger ben jij de redder in nood voor onze vaste kantoorhouders. Jij zorgt in zijn of haar afwezigheid (verlof, 4/5e, ziekte,...) dat het Postkantoor blijft draaien. Dankzij jou krijgen onze klanten de professionele en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening die ze gewend zijn, blijft het team gemotiveerd en worden de commerciële doelstellingen behaald.

Jouw taken:

·Je realiseert de commerciële doelen van het Postkantoor waar je tewerkgesteld wordt:

oJe vertaalt de commerciële objectieven naar dagelijkse of wekelijkse en coördineert de sales-acties op basis van de richtlijnen van de cluster manager

oJe verkoopt en promoot ook zelf onze postale en bancaire producten en diensten en die van onze partners

oJe volgt de KPI's en de klantenportefeuille van het kantoor nauw op

·Je waakt over de klantentevredenheid:

oJe stimuleert een kwaliteits- en klantgerichte attitude bij je collega's

oJe volgt de KPI's op en stuurt bij waar nodig

oSamen met je collega's informeer en adviseer je onze klanten

oIndien nodig sta je in voor de opvolging van klachten

·Je coacht en motiveert jouw collega's in de Postkantoren:

oJe bevordert de samenwerking binnen het kantoor en over de kantoren heen

oJe motiveert de commerciële medewerkers bij de realisatie van de objectieven en identificeert hun opleidingsbehoeften

oJe zorgt voor het opzetten, voorbereiden en animeren van overlegmomenten

Jouw profiel

·Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld

·Je denkt in oplossingen in plaats van in problemen

·Je bent een echte coach voor jouw collega's

·Je behaalde een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs

·Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie

·Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, indien je in een tweetalige regio werkt, heb je ook kennis van het Frans

·Je hebt een rijbewijs B en kan jouw werkplek zelfstandig bereiken. Omdat je in onze mobiele ploeg werkt, werk in verschillende kantoren in jouw regio die je zelfstandig moet kunnen bereiken

·Je bent bereid om bij te leren, zodat je onze producten, diensten en systemen snel onder de knie krijgt

·Omdat het Postkantoor ook een bankkantoor is, beschik je over de certificaten bank- en verzekeringsbemiddeling met Wet Willems en Wet Cauwenberghs, of je bent bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen.
