Our client is an international luxury brand active in the fashion sector and located in the center of Brussels.
The responsibilities of this
Shipping Officer (h-f-x) job will be as follows:
Communicate transportation costs:
know how to make a transport price offers to case managers based on the weight and volume of the order(s).
-Communication with other departments:
Cutting Department, Bunch's Department, Customers service department, marketing Department, Account department

Receipt of goods and notify different departments

Scan daily fabric:
Scan Customer fabric according SAP transaction and fabric for the factory.

Packaging the goods:
pack the goods and finalize for the different carriers.

Prepare documents for export to Europe:
make the EU invoice and encode the shipping slips.

Prepare documents for export outside Europe:
make the outside EU invoices and encode the shipping slips.

The qualifications required for this
Shipping Officer (h-f-x) function are as follows:
- You will have a proven track record in a shipping / logistic role.
- You have excellent written and spoken French and English.
- You have an excellent command of Office suite tools, mainly Excel.
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP, is a definite advantage.
- A first experience in fashion of within the luxury industry is an asset.
- You are motivated, flexible, and keen to invest in a stable company on a human scale.
- You have excellent customer contact and a high level of administrative rigor.
- You are available immediately or very quickly.
- You are able to work in the Brussels Office on daily base.
