**DE JOB**:
Als **Local Capacity Planner** zal je warden ingezet in een van de lokale bureaus van I-CBE.323 van de area Centrum. Je krijgt, in functie van het jouw toegewezen takenpakket, volgende taken toegewezen:
**Takenpakket « Timetabling »**
- De uitwerking van de lokale seizoenstreindienst en de toewijzing van de spoorbezettingen (lokale capaciteit) in de stations, de stopplaatsen en de goederen
- en reizigersbundels.
- De toewijzing van de capaciteit in de dienstvoorzieningen van lnfrabel (Your Facilities).
- Het realiseren - in samenspraak met I-CBE.33 (Annual Capacity Management) - van diverse studies m.b.t. de seizoenstreindienst.
- De uitwerking, in samenwerking met de andere Area's en de centrale diensten van I-CBE.32, van de alternatieve transportplannen (winterplan, zomerplan, mínimale dienstverlening bij stakingen, treindienst van nationaal belang,...)
- De opmaak van de BNX treindienst bij werken, op basis van de studie (STD) uitgewerkt door I-CBE.33 (Annual Capacity Management).
- De uitwerking van de aanpassingen aan de lokale treindienst inherent aan de lopende infrastuctuurwerken.

**Takenpakket « Work Possessions »**
- Het permanent overleggen met de aanvragende technische diensten (I-AM, I-Build en Tue Rail) om een overzicht te krijgen van hun behoeften in verband met werkaanvragen.
- Het analyseren van de werkaanvragen "korte termijn " op hun conflicten onderling en op conflicten met de geplande werken op lange en middellange termijn.
- Het behandelen van de verschillende werkaanvragen in de planningstools (goedkeuren met of zonder voorwaarden, weigeren,...) en het opstellen van de BNX "werken".

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je bent houder van een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een ervaring van minstens 3 jaar in een administratieve omgeving waar de ontwikkeling en het beheer van een planning belangrijk is (bv. Logistiek, verkeer, production planning, enz.).

- Je bent je bewust van wie de eigen klanten en de stakeholders zijn
- Je bent in staat om complexe situaties op een begrijpbare manier uit te leggen
- Je identificeert waardevolle interne en externe contactpersonen, die kunnen helpen bij de realisatie van de eigen taken en opdrachten
- Je participeert actief en constructief in teamopdrachten, daarnaast doe je loyaal jouw deel van het werk
- Je doet het nodige om kennis en vaardigheden in het eigen vakgebied uit te bouwen
- Je identificeert de verschillende aspecten van dagelijkse problemen/situaties en legt relevante verbanden
- Je deelt zowel spontaan als op vraag kennis, vaardigheden en inzichten met wie deze informatie nodig heeft om goed te kunnen functioneren of om de juiste beslissingen te nemen
- Je neemt eigen taken en opdrachten spontaan, actief en dynamisch op.
- Je neemt operationele beslissingen op basis van beschikbare informatie, richtlijnen, gezonde logica en degelijke argumenten

- Je kan goed analyseren en een oordeel vormen op basis van gegevens.

- Je communiceert vlot en houdt van samenwerken.
- Plannen en organiseren is je tweede natuur
- Je hebt een goede kennis van doorsnee IT-tools zoals Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
