We have an offering in electric vehicle charging and energy management. We have an international scope and are a (very) fast-growing team.
We are currently looking for a Product Owner Embedded Software and Hardware to join our stellar product team that has a passion to deliver great products that are impactful towards the energy transition of the market.
You will take accountability of the product backlog and work with the development team to optimize the return and impact of our increments.
You are passionate about user experience, customer journeys and new technologies used in product development.
You will report into the product team and become the connector in realizing our vision and strategy with respect to energy.
A look into a week of our Product Owner:
Daily you act as a connector between the market and product development team to further clarify the backlog. You thereby foster co-creation, transparency, and motivation within the teams with close collaboration.
You work with the product management team to translate vision, strategy, and requirements to define the roadmap for your product.
You will be responsible to plan and prioritize the next increment of our hardware products - Energy management and Electric Vehicle Charging stations - and work with the development team during the sprintYou will take part in the stand-up, refinements, retrospectives, and planning during each of the sprints
You lead our bazaar where we share the results of the sprint increment with the Smappee team and collect feedback for the next iteration of our product
You are outcome focused and share the results of your increment with your stakeholders: "what was our goal, how do we measure our result and did we see our result improve with this iteration?"
Requirements:
You are an experience product owner with 3+ years of proven experience shipping qualitative iterations
You have experience working on Hardware and Embedded software projects
You have a Master Degree in Electronics or IT, with a specific interest in Hardware and/or Embedded software development.
You have experience with Agile frameworks (preferably LeSS)
You have experience in coordinating projects.
You can lead conversations with different stakeholders and the development team.
You understand that a product is more than just a developed feature and keep a "whole product focus" including training, quality, serviceability, etc in your thinking.
You are able to communicate in a transparent way about the current priorities, backlog and increments towards management and your stakeholdersYou are passioned by the energy transition and want to build products that are impactful towards the customer
You are fluent in Dutch & English
