Je bent end to end verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en bewaken van een visie, strategie en beleid m.b.t. cybersecurity, informationsecurity, IT Risk management, inclusief haar filialen. Dit in lijn met de Belgische en de Europese wetgeving.
- Visie - strategie:
Je ontwikkelt hiervoor een visie en strategie uit op vlak van, data protectie in lijn met Belgische en Europese wetgeving.
- Awareness:
Is een echte driver voor Awareness ivm information security en data protection awareness doorheen de NMBS organisatie en haar filialen
- Beleid:

- Je vertaalt de strategie-visie in een beleid. Je ontwikkelt en zorgt voor de implementatie van het beleid.
- Je ontwikkelt het **Information security management** (ISMS), je staat in voor de instandhouding ervan, en je werkt hiervoor samen met de operationele verantwoordelijken
- Technical security controls
- Je superviseert de** controles** die worden uitgevoerd om na te gaan of de **maatregelen** inzake veiligheid en kwaliteit op het vlak van IT **efficiënt** zijn. Je werkt hiervoor samen met Interne Audit. Je beschrijft de controle-activiteiten en beheert
- Je bent **voorzitter van de ISSG** en zorgt
- Budget:

- Je beheert het budget van de afdeling en bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van meerjaren budget.

- Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen in place zijn om cybersecurity, information security en privacy incidenten te behandelen
- Je bewaakt de behandeling van deze incidenten
- Communicatie intern/extern:

- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt een** uitgebreid netwerk**, zowel binnen de NMBS als buiten de onderneming en op internationaal niveau, om naargelang de betrokken materie de juiste contacten te kunnen aanspreken.
- Je onderhoudt de contacten en bent aanspreekpunt voor toezichthouders, gerechtelijke/politionele diensten.
- Materiedeskundige:

- Je **volgt** de juridische, reglementaire en technologische **ontwikkelingen** op het vlak van IT-veiligheid **nauw op**.
- 10+ jaar ervaring in leiderschaps rol binnen information security met idealiter 3+ jaar ervaring als CISO
- Je hebt een goede algemene kennis van de infrastructuur, IT-technologieën en Telecom.
- CISSP en CISM certificatie is een plus
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de ISO 27001-norm
- Kennis van Belgische en Europese wetgeving (NIS) is een pluspunt.
- Master niveau
- Vloeiend Nederlands, Frans, Engels. Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent heel goed in het opbouwen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een professioneel netwerk.
- Je beschikt over veel overredingskracht, je zet je gesprekspartners tot actie aan, je gebruikt hiervoor goed onderbouwde argumenten, ongeacht of je met hen een hiërarchische band hebt of niet. Je stelt je diplomatisch op tijdens je professionele contacten.
- Je treedt op als vertrouwenspersoon en behandelt gevoelige materie met discretie.
- Goede peoplemanager, in staat om performante teams te bouwen
