Duties:

Consular Cashier


Incumbent serves as the principal cashier for the consular section and performs a full range of duties related to this role.

The incumbent collects all consular visa and ACS fees, ensures correct categorization of all fees and services; performs daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliation and report generation, and cash transfers.

Qualifications and Evaluations:

EXPERIENCE:

One year of work handling currency and face-to-face interaction with clients in a customer-service oriented setting and in a multilingual environment.

Experience in outreach and public speaking.

Completion of secondary school in general studies.

LANGUAGE:
Good working knowledge in English and French. This may be tested.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.

The certification letter should be on letterhead of the appropriate military branch of the service and contain (1) the military service dates including the expected discharge or release date; and (2) the character of service.
