Process & automation technician

YOUR FUNCTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collect and interpret test data to identify problems, optimize processes and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Coach production staff in new process developments / adjustments
  • Support of daily activities in production (e.g. Troubleshooting)
  • Work closely with the R&D department on the development & industrialization of new products (endtoend engineering)
  • Plan and implement safety programs
  • Cooperate in Operational group activities & work teams
  • Report to the Operations manager

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a bachelor degree in mechanics
  • You are eager to learn and a gogetter; you like to think outside the box, you take the initiative and you put growth (both for the organization and yourself) first.
  • You show a handson, dynamic, mature and resultoriented spirit.
  • You have excellent project management skills, you respect deadlines and you take responsibility.
  • You are a real team player, who can appreciate fun and laughter within the team.
  • You are a good communicator and you are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German would be an advantage.
