Elke dag gaan er meer dan 4200 medewerkers geïnspireerd aan de slag, en dit over alle niveaus van onderhoud, administratie, verpleging, ICT, ... tot topchirurgie. Functieomschrijving Als Talent Acquisition Specialist realiseer je mee de ambities van het UZ Brussel. In de war for talent zorg je mee voor de uitstraling van het UZ Brussel als potentiële werkgever. Sourcing, rekrutering en selectie van kandidaten geven jou energie. Hoe maak je bij ons het verschil? Je staat in voor de rekrutering en selectie van een uiteenlopende waaier van profielen Je analyseert de rekruteringsbehoeften en adviseert de interne klant Je ontwikkelt en voert rekruteringscommunicatie en plannen uit via onder andere sociale media Je zet actief in op sourcing om actief en latent zoekende kandidaten te identificeren Je volgt het rekruterings en selectieproces op van a tot z Je zorgt voor een positieve candidate experience Je bouwt een netwerk uit van potentiële kandidaten op korte en langere termijn Je zorgt mee voor een continue aanwezigheid van UZ Brussel als potentiële werkgever op de sociale media Je werkt nauw samen met de overige Talent Acquisition Specialists en interne en externe communicatie-experts Je volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen in rekrutering en selectie op en past deze toe Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen het Talent Acquisition team Profiel Wat verwachten we van jou? Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma Je hebt een grote interesse en expertise in sociale media in een professionele context Je communiceert met de nodige flair en enthousiasme Je hebt ervaring met rekrutering en selectie of hebt een sterke interesse hierin Je bent klantgericht en hebt een pro-actieve ingesteldheid Je bent een doorzetter Je legt graag contacten met potentiële kandidaten en haalt hier energie uit Je hebt een gepaste communicatiestijl naargelang de situatie Je vindt een positieve candidate experience essentieel Je werkt graag in een team Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans of Engels is een pluspunt. Je kan vlot werken met MS Office (Word, Excel en Outlook) Aanbod Wat kunnen wij jou bieden?
