Fleet Manager

• Manage the order, maintenance, repair, and replacement of company vehicles.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce company cars' costs.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with leasing companies, insurance companies and external vendors.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for fleet optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fleet management with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, external consultants and others to ensure high-quality services and share best practices.
• Optimize supplier selection to continuously improve safety and quality.
• Identify and analyze technical issues, advise and implement action plans focusing on safety and quality.
• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role years)
• English and French proficiency
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in fleet management software
