Full-time Damage Manager/ Driver Care NL&FR - with company car

• You'll be the direct contact for drivers involved in accidents with their lease cars
• Strong administrative skills are vital, including knowledge of processes for obtaining new license plates, certificates, technical inspections, and other relevant documents
• You'll pay extra attention to car damages, ensuring prompt mobility restoration for drivers through proactive follow-ups
• You listen to drivers' questions/issues regarding their damage cases. Better yet, you're proactive, solving problems before they arise and meeting unspoken customer needs. Every interaction is logged on our real-time digital platform: UBench
• You provide information to drivers/clients, excel in dissecting files, excel in customer service, and are an administrative whiz
• You proactively call drivers to update them on their damage case status

Requirements

• Preferably hold a PCP certificate
• Bilingual: Dutch & French (other languages are a plus)
• Experience in damage settlement
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Legal Practice, Finance and Insurance, or equivalent experience
• Customer-centric approach: empathy and anticipation of drivers' needs
• Effective communication skills, mainly via phone and email
• Eager to learn, adept at various IT systems
• Basic knowledge of Excel
