IT Business Analyst and Operations Coordinator

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for IT related projects
- Conduct an analysis of our case review and financial processes, including case assessment and management, and funding agreements to ensure solution design meets expectations.
- Solution Design and Documentation:
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflow diagrams, and user interface designs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify the most suitable, scalable and secure IT solutions tailored to our needs.
- Project Coordination and Management:
- Serve as the endtoend project lead for various internal projects, such as automating payment requests from stakeholders and the implementation of electronic filing management, from inception to implementation.
- Define project specifications, objectives, and timelines, and communicate internally to relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate project testing phases and facilitate solution rollouts to all relevant users.
- IT Coordination:
- Coordinate IT support across all locations by working closely with our service provider, managing activities such as onboarding/offboarding team members, resolving network issues, and ensuring proper setup of IT equipment.
- Order and set up IT and mobile equipment, including laptops, smartphones, and accessories for all users
- Manage company mobile subscriptions to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Office & Expense Management:
- Reconcile transactions made with company credit cards in our Expense management software, ensuring compliance with policy and accuracy, and act as an expense approver for team member expenses.
- Manage office supplies procurement and stock management, maintain relationships with thirdparty suppliers, and coordinate facilities management tasks such as cleaning services and maintenance.
- Oversee subscriptions for newspapers, magazines, and other officerelated services, and notify relevant teams of any office management or facilitiesrelated issues.
About you:
We believe that to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate many of the following attributes and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance and/or IT
- Experience as a Business analyst or similar role in the legal or financial industry
- Customer focus: commitment to understanding internal stakeholder's needs.
- Technical proficiency: Solid understanding of IT systems and business analysis tools.
- Problemsolving skills: capacity to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to details
- Flexible, and adaptable
- Excellent command of English is required, Dutch and French are an asset
- Proactive combined with excellent time management skills
- Intellectual curiosity and excellent Team worker
- Capacity to work under tight deadlines
