**Solo Legal Counsel Belgium (Part-time)**:

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als jurist draag jij actief bij aan het uitvoeren van het juridisch beleid binnen de Belgische LKQ organisatie.

Hiervoor rol je de bestaande juridische activiteiten uit binnen de nieuwe geïntegreerde organisatie in België. Als sparringpartner van het management doorgrond je de materiele voorwaarden van contracten, ondersteun je hen in ad hoc juridische kwesties, analyseer je juridische vraagstukken en geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies. Zo faciliteer je binnen de LKQ-organisatie de groei van het bedrijf en creatie van meerwaarde.

Met LKQ Belgium hebben we veel acquisities afgerond, en trekken we doorlopend nieuwe business aan. Je zit in de driving seat om de meerwaarde van de functie van jurist goed neer te zetten binnen het lokale en regionale management.

**Tijdens een gemiddelde werkweek houd jij je bezig met het**:

- Het nakijken en opstellen van een breed spectrum aan commerciële contracten en algemene voorwaarden
- Het adviseren en ondersteunen van onder andere het management en sales team bij al hun ad hoc Legal gerelateerde vragen
- Benodigde templates en procedures opstellen bij steeds wederkerende juridische kwesties en onderwerpen
- Het assisteren bij en waar nodig, verzorgen en opvolgen van legal compliance alsook compliance training voor de medewerkers
- Iemand die zelf initiatief neemt en projecten naar zich toe trekt
- Indien nodig, het inschakelen van en contact onderhouden met externe legal counsels
- Het adviseren over allerhande vennootschapsrechtelijke onderwerpen ad hoc

**Wie is onze ideale Jurist?**

Voor de functie van jurist zijn we op zoek naar een collega die sterk in zijn of haar schoenen staat, kritisch en mondig is en zich soepel beweegt op managementniveau. Jij weet de juridische vraagstukken die hedendaags op tafel liggen, als geen ander aan te pakken. Het feit dat de juridische activiteiten voor België nog verder moeten worden geprofessionaliseerd, is voor jou geen enkel probleem. In tegendeel, jij zorgt er graag voor dat procedures en templates van bodem tot bovenkant goed opgezet en geregeld zijn. Daarnaast breng je het volgende met je mee:

- Een afgeronde masteropleiding in Recht.
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als juridisch adviseur/ advocaat/ bedrijfsjurist
- Bij voorkeur aantoonbare ervaring met contractenrecht en ondernemingsrecht, kennis van vennootschapsrecht en/of milieu
- of real estate recht is een troef
- Beheerst zowel Nederlandse als Franse taal vloeiend, goede beheersing van het Engels tevens noodzakelijk
- Proactief, praktisch, resultaatgericht, kortom iemand die goed hoofdzaken van bijzaken kan onderscheiden
