**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor ons kantoor te Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Functional Analyst.
Als junior functional analyst vorm je een brugfiguur tussen de business en de technische teams waarbij je de business requirements vertaalt naar functionele specificaties voor het ontwikkelteam. Je challenget de behoeften waar nodig op vlak van complexiteit, efficiëntie en haalbaarheid.
In dit kader werk je de data
- en functionele modellen uit en ga je aan de slag met modelleringstools (zoals UML). Al naargelang je interesse neem je al dan niet het technisch ontwerp voor je rekening.
Tevens zorg je voor de nodige afstemming met een kennisoverdracht tussen alle betrokken partijen, zowel binnen business als ICT. Je werkt dus nauw samen met de ontwikkelteams met als doel de planning, het ontwikkelproces en de oplevering op te volgen.
Je neemt eveneens de kwaliteitscontrole en functionele testing voor je rekening van de ontwikkelde applicatie.
Je biedt ondersteuning bij productieproblemen, stelt gebruikershandleidingen op en staat eventueel ook in voor het opleiden van gebruikers.
**Profiel**
Je behaalde een universitair diploma in een informaticarichting en beschikt over een basiskennis van de analysemethode UML en OO ontwikkeling.
Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt accuraat en bent probleemoplossend ingesteld.
Proactieve communicatieskills en relationele vaardigheden leiden je naar de juiste personen, vragen, antwoorden en oplossingen.
Gestructureerd, plan
- en procesmatig werken stelt je in staat om de termijnen te respecteren bij je opdrachten. Je bent verantwoordelijk, flexibel en je hebt tevens zin voor initiatief.
Je beschikt over een passieve kennis van het Frans.
Voor bepaalde meetings, workshops of opleidingen dien je aanwezig te zijn in het kantoor te Brussel (vlakbij het Zuidstation). Verder werk je hoofdzakelijk vanuit het kantoor te Gent.
