Our client, a leading company in the Service industry, is currently seeking a Junior Accounting professional to join their Finance department on a permanent basis.


Desired Profile:

  • Degree in audit, accounting, or related field
  • Min 1y of previous experience in accountancy
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with precision
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in audit software and computer tools

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in onsite audit engagements
  • Review financial reporting
  • Analyze and interpret financial data
  • Start your first week with participating with your colleagues in first class training courses that enable you to enrich your audit skills and knowledge about analytics
  • Start with getting to know the business and processes of your client. You are never on your own, you have a great team behind, in front and next to you
  • Get to know our RSM Audit tools
  • Approve yearend figures and check the balance sheet, profit, and loss accounts
  • Review financial reporting
  • Analyse financial statements and the reliability of the financial reporting
  • Track down all risks and operational vulnerabilities by collecting relevant information
  • Perform control activities at the clientsite and at the office
  • Be the advisor to clients on specific assignments and you provide support to the auditors in the management of the audit files
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and motivated team
  • You will work for small local SMEs to large international clients, from the health sector and soccer clubs to international financial institutions everything in between.
