About this Role
We are growing fast and you will support us in continuously anticipating and preparing ways to expand and optimise our operations
- As accounting manager at Mobietrain, you will be the first person of contact for all financial (control), accounting and administrative affairs
- You will be reporting directly to our CFO and working together with the management team
- You will be overseeing the financial operation process for all (European) countries, currently comprising of five countries and likely expanding in the next years
- You will be responsible for defining financial, administrative, and fiscal processes and structure for the next 3 years in light of the foreseen geographical expansion

Responsibilities
Manage and overseeing the daily finance, accounting, tax and administrative operations of MobieTrain and its local subsidiaries in close collaboration with the local accountants and advisors
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce management and financial reports or statements and other forms of ad hoc financial reporting
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Budgeting and drawing up of financial projections
- Manage relationships with stakeholders such as (local) accountants and advisors
- Overall followup of the administration, including insurance policies and corporate housekeeping and assist HR in followingup on the payroll administration together with local administrators
- Suggest and implement optimizations of the financial and accounting processes
- Assist in setting up companywide KPI dashboards, data management and systems (ERP, Planhat) across all functions
- Assist in preparing board meetings and associated decks, including material for investor relationship management
Profile
- Will bring a mix of strong analytics, project management, handson mentality, communication, accounting and finance expertise and experience in a leading role
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- You have a broad interest in financial and administrative processes, and you are ready to take responsibility in managing those processes
- You know your way around accounting software (Exact) and Excel
- You will work with foreign stakeholders, good knowledge of English is a must and other EUlanguages a plus
- You are selfstarting, proactive, and can work independently with an autonomous voice, while being a team player by nature and always keeping an eye on the crossfunctional implications
- You take ownership; have a sense of initiative and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- You have a systematic approach, and you have a 'factbased first' approach. You have an eye for detail, but you don't lose track of the bigger picture
- You have the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- You set high standards for the quality of your own work, and you continuously strive to improve yourself as well as the company
- You can operate in dynamic environment and has flexibility to adjust pace and priorities based on the developing agenda
- Basic knowledge of data protection legislation.
