Senior Data Analyst

This includes but is not limited to manage development projects regarding data journey & control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool - to support B2B business stakeholders.
This role is all about to be the correct trusted advisor with the business and be a translator with IT Team.
This position will report to the Global Data Director and will work closely with the key members of the business areas.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Subject Matter Expert on B2B Data projects, being accountable of the proper coordination of all stakeholders.
- Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across de organization mostly on cleaning Travel Agencies (knowledge of IATAN org is much appreciated) and/or Corporate profile.
Report requirements gathering
- Create and maintain documentation to improve data quality & automatization; including prototype for the new reports dashboard
- Insight creation and delivery to endusers. Strong drive for actionable data
- Will support others Data team members in their duties, cross responsibilities, and adhoc analysis.
- Accountable of the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data / Golden records.
- Provides coaching and training for endusers regarding the B2B Master Data Platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience at least 35 years with Master Data Concept
- Golden records
- Analytics background with experience with S4Hanna and SAP CRM Data (Nice to have Reltio Products)
- Extensive experience Years) in data quality projects
- Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation technics.
- Experience in data management projects (35 Years) on Data Profiling, Business Advance Analytics.
- Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues Experience with business intelligence project related to information lifecycle.
- Organized & effective take a wellordered, structured approached in task management.
- Strong influencing and communication skills. Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level.
- Critical thinker ability understand the logical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments.
- Think Strategically foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities.
- Change Management be an advocate for positive change and improvements.
- Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.
