Als **Tax Professional/ Economist** bij de **Algemene Administratie van de Fiscaliteit** van FOD Financiën werk je in het hart van de samenleving: belastinggeld doet de samenleving immers mee draaien: zonder belastingen geen weggennet, geen kinderbijslag, geen gezondheidszorg, geen sociale bescherming.
Bij ons werk je voor het maatschappelijk belang én kan je jezelf en je skills verder ontwikkelen. Door je economische studies heb je reeds een stevige basis opgebouwd. Nu kan je écht starten, en voor je het weet ben jij bij FOD Financiën:
- ** Een veelzijdige onderzoeker**. Je controleert administratieve, boekhoudkundige en/of fiscale dossiers om na te gaan of de regelgeving correct werd toegepast. Als je onregelmatigheden vaststelt, vraag je bij de stakeholders om toelichting. Je zorgt ervoor dat je over de juiste informatie beschikt zodat je - zelfstandig of in team
- gerichte acties kan ondernemen
- **Een betrouwbare contactpersoon**. Je vormt de brug tussen onze organisatie en de belastingplichtigen (burgers, ondernemingen, ). Daarnaast ben je een intern aanspreekpunt voor collega's en bied je - indien dat nodig is - ondersteuning bij het behandelen van hun dossiers.
- **Een leergierige kennisdeler**. Je houdt je kennis up-to-date en volgt evoluties in je vakgebied op. Dit kan oa. via een ruim aanbod aan opleidingen. Je deelt deze kennis ook met je collega's.
**In deze functie kom je rechtstreeks in contact met publiek. Bijgevolg is het verboden om uiterlijke tekenen te dragen van gelijk welke ideologische, politieke of religieuze overtuiging** (KB 02/10/1937 houdende het statuut van het Rijkspersoneel - artikel 8, paragraaf 1). De FOD Financiën staat dit enkel toe aan personeelsleden die niet rechtstreeks in contact komen met het publiek.
**Werkgever**:
Er zijn **12 vacante plaatsen** voor **Tax Professionals** met een economisch masterdiploma. **Standplaatsen** in Brussel en over heel Vlaanderen.
De FOD Financiën beheert de middelen om aan de collectieve noden van onze samenleving te voldoen. Dat wil zeggen: dankzij ons werk kunnen mensen erop vertrouwen dat belastingen, rechten en taksen op een correcte en rechtvaardige manier worden geïnd. Bovendien zorgen we ervoor dat middelen efficiënt worden verdeeld om dat te realiseren waarvan iedereen in onze samenleving gebruik maakt: infrastructuur, sociale voorzieningen e.d. Werken bij de FOD Financiën levert dus een **maatschappelijke meerwaarde op.**
In de grote en diverse organisatie die de FOD Financiën is, zijn het onze medewerkers, gemotiveerde en competente mensen, die het verschil maken. Hun talenten zetten ze dagelijks in om bij te dragen tot de doelstellingen. **Gedreven **gaan ze ervoor om **integer**, **dienstbaar **en **correct **hun opdrachten te vervullen.
**Administratie**
De **Algemene administratie van de Fiscaliteit (AAFisc)** garandeert een correcte en gelijkwaardige berekening van de belastingen en voorheffingen die particulieren, KMO's en grote ondernemingen verschuldigd zijn. Je wordt tewerkgesteld bij een beheersdienst P (personenbelasting), KMO (vennootschapsbelasting, btw-wetgeving en/of personenbelasting) of GO (grote ondernemingen: vennootschapsbelasting en btw-wetgeving).

- Je bent resultaatgericht en je durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor de correctheid van ondernomen acties.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
**Deelnemingsvoorwaarden**
- Beschikken over een economisch masterdiploma (of laatstejaarsstudent zijn)
- Belg zijn
- De burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten.
- Een gedrag hebben dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de beoogde betrekking.
**Aanbod**:
Wij bieden jou een eerste werkervaring bij de FOD Financiën en een eventueel toekomstig parcours binnen onze organisatie. Het gaat om een contract van één jaar (met optie op verlenging).
Je wordt aangeworven onder startbaanovereenkomst als **Attaché** **met de bijhorende weddeschaal **NA11.**
**Loon**
Minimum aanvangswedde: € 2.403,62 (netto maandsalaris, reeds aangepast aan de huidige index, reglementaire toelagen niet inbegrepen). Via de salarissimulator bereken je jouw loon specifiek voor jouw situatie.
