Performs emergency repair, preventative maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical equipment and systems. Performs on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation. Provides technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems. Works under direct supervision and follows detailed guidelines to work on moderately complex repairs and installations. Typically requires 2 years of formal technical training beyond high school and 1-2 years related experience. Individuals at this level are still acquiring skills and knowledge of the products being serviced and/or the testing and calibration equipment being used.

**Onderhoudstechnieker B2C**
**Algemeen**
- Je staat in voor onderhoud en herstelling van waterbehandelingstoestellen (waterontharders, drinkwatersystemen, filters,...) bij onze particuliere klanten.
**Uw taken**
- Onderhouden en herstellen van waterbehandelingstoestellen (waterontharders, drinkwatersystemen, filters,) bij particuliere klanten in de voor jou bestemde regio;
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op het gemonteerde toestel en herstellen of aanpassen van eventuele defecten;
- Zorgen dat de herstelling tijdig en correct gebeurt;
- Uitvoeren van het werk op een veilige manier;
- U zorgt voor een duidelijke en correcte communicatie naar de klant i.v.m. de door u uitgevoerde werkzaamheden;
- U staat in voor een correct en eerlijk advies in geval van een mogelijke vervanging van het toestel;
**Uw profiel**
- Je bent in bezit van een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je bent gebeten door techniek en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een technische functie, bij voorkeur buitendienst;
- Ervaring in het onderhouden en herstellen van sanitaire installaties, airco's, centrale verwarming, sauna's, keukens, algemene loodgieterij is een sterke troef ;
- Je bent technisch creatief bij de uitvoering van het werk;
- Je bent punctueel en accuraat in de uitvoering van het dagelijkse werk;
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt;
- Je bent enthousiast en leergierig; ook heb je interesse in waterbehandeling;
- Je werkt zelfstandig en bent flexibel naar taken en werkuren.
