**About Our Client**:
Mon client est un compagnon de route pour les entrepreneurs et les employeurs. Nous sommes aux côtés du client, à chaque étape de son parcours d'entrepreneur : du démarrage en tant qu'indépendant jusqu'à sa pension. De l'engagement du premier membre du personnel à l'élaboration de sa politique RH et de bien-être.
Vous soutenez au quotidien le secrétariat social employeurs dans le cadre du traitement des salaires et de l'administration du personnel. En tant que conseiller clientèle, vous êtes le **premier interlocuteur** auquel s'adresse l'**employeur **pour toutes ses questions concernant la gestion des salaires et le droit social.
En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous agissez comme un véritable compagnon de route pour **tout ce qui touche au personnel**:
- Vous êtes responsable du **calcul mensuel des salaires** et des tâches opérationnelles correspondantes, comme la déclaration de nouveaux travailleurs.
- Vous vous rendez en **visite chez les clients** une dizaine de fois par an afin de développer une véritable **relation de confiance**.
- Vous entretenez des **contacts** avec des **organismes externes**, tels que l'ONSS, les mutuelles et les syndicats
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Vous possédez un diplôme de **bachelor ou** de **master** (en droit, en gestion du personnel, en sciences commerciales, en économie, en psychologie, etc.) **et** justifiez d'une première **expérience **professionnelle **pertinente**.
- Vous faites preuve d'un intérêt marqué pour le **droit social**.
- Vous avez des affinités avec les **chiffres** et êtes content lorsqu'un calcul a été bien fait.
- Vous n'avez pas peur de parler au** téléphone** et êtes capable de fournir des conseils clairs et limpides aux clients.
- Vous aimez écouter attentivement les **questions** des **clients** et les **analyser en détail**. C'est d'ailleurs l'un de vos points forts.
**Bon à savoir**: Dès votre premier jour, vous avez accès à leur programme de formation dans lequel vous serez encadré pendant trois mois. Vous vous sentirez ainsi immédiatement à l'aise, prêt à évoluer en tant que Payroll Officer.
