The opportunity:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager, Plant Manager, or senior team leader from the chemical/petrochemical industry to join our team and help deliver cultural and behavioural change, making our client's organisation safer and more effective.

The role will be based on site in Belgium and it is a freelance contract with up to 12 months worth of work, working full-time as part of our team delivering on-site coaching and support.

Following a 2 week onboarding session over the summer period, the project will commence in September 2023.

About You:

As someone with strong operational experience as either a Production or Facility manager in the chemcial/petrochemical industy, you will working as a freelance consultant with the following experience:

  • Coaching team leaders and managers to help effect cultural and behavioural change
  • Indepth experience as an operational leader within the chemical/petrochemical industry
  • Experience in running and managing risk and safety within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • You will be fluent in Dutch and English, and able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment.


As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients.
