Estimating Manager

**Functie**:
- Je fungeert als rechterhand van onze senior purchasing manager en de bestuurders
- Je bent hands-on, kritisch en analytisch ingesteld
- Je bestudeert plannen, lastenboeken, schema's, meetstaten,
- Je stuurt gerichte prijsvragen naar leveranciers
- Je analyseert kritisch de verschillende aanbiedingen
- Je doet de nodige opmetingen en pre calculaties
- Je implementeert deze in de meetstaten en de prijsvoorstellen die je opmaakt.
- Je ondersteunt de bestuurders en projectleiding bij de voorstelling van onze aanbiedingen naar de klanten.
- Je bekijkt in overleg samen met het projectteam de te volgen aankoopstrategie naar de verschillende leveranciers.
- Je maakt commerciële, technische en praktische afspraken met de leveranciers, in overeenstemming met het projectteam.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van de contracten en afspraken met de leveranciers.
- Intern zorg je ervoor dat de afspraken met de leveranciers up to date staan in ons ERP-systeem.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master richting Elektrotechnieken, Elektriciteit, Elektronica of Elektromechanica.
- Je hebt een ruime ervaring (meer dan 10jaar) in het calculeren en/of bent nauw betrokken bij aankoopprocessen
- Je bent een teamplayer en hebt ervaring in het fungeren binnen een multidisciplinair team
- Je hebt de nodige ervaring in installatietechnieken voor verschillende sectoren
- Je bent vertrouwd met de technieken in een gebouw en hebt hiervan een up to date kennis zowel op theoretisch als praktisch vlak
- Je volgt de wetgevingen en normen op de voet en kan deze toepassen in praktijk
- De benodigde engineeringstools die ter beschikking zijn in onze sector kennen geen geheimen voor jou
- Je bent mathematisch sterk, nauwkeurig en hebt een analytisch denkvermogen
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve (zowel geschreven als gesproken) en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld op vlak van taken en werkuren
- Je bent stressbestendig en hebt geen problemen met het behalen van deadlines.
