As Equipment Officer, you coordinate, internally and externally, the operations and controls that validate the conformity of the equipment/tools used by the different departments.
The same applies to all preventive and corrective maintenance operations for this equipment. The administrative management of the equipment represents approximately 70% of the work time.Responsibilities:
- You perform some basic services in verification, calibration, preventive maintenance, curative maintenance and qualification of various equipment.
- You ensure the sending and followup of equipment to external partners for various services (calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, curative maintenance, qualification).
- You ensure document management (followup of results/certificates, encoding and writing of reports, qualification/maintenance approval cycle, file classification, management of status labels).
- You verify that the results received or obtained are in accordance with the specifications.
- You manage the inventory of equipment and plan & ensure the administrative followup of maintenance, controls and calibrations through direct communication and collaboration with the contact points within the latter.
- You perform basic qualification procedures for clean room type infrastructures (filter speed measurement, filter integrity, etc.).
- You are in charge of the commissioning of new equipment within the framework of the projects concerned (installation and qualification).
- You write and ensure the proper compliance of calibration and verification procedures. You check and write the validation and qualification protocols and reports.
- You follow up on anomalies, malfunctions and suggest improvements.
- You have a Bachelor degree with a technical or administrative orientation.
- You have good administrative skills and basic technical skills.
- You have experience in an industrial environment (ideally Biotech/Pharma type).
- You have a good command of English.
- You are familiar with MS Office.
- You have excellent organizational skills.
- You have good troubleshooting skills.
- You are at ease with writing documents.
- You are rigorous, precise and pragmatic.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are able to work alone and in a team.
